- Girl's stretch black velvet polyester ladybug costume leotard with long sleeves.
- The sleeve cuffs and round neckline has red down feather trim along the edges.
- Back of the leotard bodice has a velcro fasten at the nape.
- Leotard has a triple layered red organza tutu skirt with black ribbon trim along the hems.
- The red velvet polyester bottom half of the leotard has a velcro closure for ease of wear.
- Costume include glittery black and red spotty wings with a wired frame to maintain shape and black elastic shoulder straps to secure in place.
