- Girl's clown costume is made from a striped green and grey stretch polyester fabric with short puff sleeves and a layered tutu-style skirt.
- Dress is printed to look speckled, old and dirty.
- Neckline features a layered collar of white lace and speckled grey satin polyester.
- The short sleeves are elasticated at the ends and feature a red ribbon and white lace trim.
- Three red pom-poms are attached to the front of the chest.
- Dress features a velcro closure tab at the back, and the waist is elasticated for some size flexibility.
- The waist features a red trim and the skirt is made of three ruffled layers. The top and bottom layers are speckled grey satin polyester and the middle layer is the green and grey striped stretch fabric.
