You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be honored once your order has entered the shipping process.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be refused at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs upon verification of the issue.
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm the transaction hasn't been processed. Some financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to initiate a trace with your financial institution.
