- Girl's light pearl blue stretch polyester Rosalina dress has 3/4 length flounce sleeves with iridescent blue organza cuffs.
- Dress bodice has an off the shoulder neckline with a large fold down collar that drapes across the chest and back.
- Clear shoulder straps are attached to the bodice to ensure comfort wear.
- The centre of the bodice has a silver plastic star shaped brooch with a round yellow-ish green faux jewel.
- The dress has a light blue non stretch satin polyester underskirt with a scalloped hem and a metallic silver insert at the bottom.
- An asymmetrical iridescent blue organza skirt is attached on top with a rounded hem that allows the silver from the underskirt to be easily visible.
