The shade of this StarBlend cake foundation got us thinking, what is bisque? Turns out it is smooth, creamy and highly seasoned soup. Which interestingly makes sense for this ivory bisque pressed powder. How? You might ask Well, this is highly pigmented and the pressed powder formula can be used wet or dry, creating a smooth and creamy full coverage finish. That said, we do not recommend using soup as an alternative to face paint (Imagine that!) This is fade resistant and is long lasting regardless of the extreme performance conditions is can be worn under. We can't see soup doing that!
