- The tutu has a neon pink polyester waistband that is elasticated to accommodate size flexibility.
- For a finishing touch the tutu has a neon pink satin ribbon bow attached to the centre front of the waistband.
- Waistband can stretch between 60-90cm and is suitable for most sizes.
