- Girls stretch black velvet dress made from 100% Polyester, with a Velcro tab closure on the back
- The dress has long black velvet sleeves that flare out above the elbow with a jagged cut trim and an under layer of rainbow velvet
- The bodice of the dress has a rainbow satin lace criss-cross feature that is not adjustable, black braid trim borders the middle panel
- The waist is lined with purple satin ribbon on the front and has black ties on the back to tie up
