- The dress has non-stretch white fabric short sleeves and insert at the neckline, to look like a shirt underneath
- It has a fold over collar and a detachable short red and blue striped satin neck-tie
- There are 3 fake buttons down the front of the bodice and the skirt section is pleated like a school girl skirt
- A pair of navy blue thigh high stockings are included to complete the costume
