- The dress is made from a non-stretch fabric on the front of the bodice and plain black stretch fabric on the back
- The front of the bodice has black and white polka dots over the bust area with ruffle neck-line and short puff sleeves
- The waist is orange with small black polka dots with an attached black and white polka dot belt with cute bow on the front
