Costume top hat is made from black wet look hat fabric.
The classic top hat style is accentuated with the addition of LED lighting strips that line the crown, hatband and the brim of the hat.

Battery pack is located on the inside of the hat, a small black button positioned on the battery pack allows you to switch the hat on/off and change the flash sequences.
