Halloween is a time to celebrate the dead, and there are few decorations more appropriate than the Sitting Day of the Dead Skeleton Foil Balloon. This balloon is designed to look like a traditional skeleton, complete with skull and bones. However, the addition of a colorful flowers give the balloon a festive twist.
